Quotes:

“By showing others how to heal by breaking out of their molds and building bridges to their genuine and authentic selves, they, too, will demonstrate they aren’t broken; the system is.”

“If hurt people, hurt people, then healed people, heal people. Healing is one of the fundamental steps toward generating an appreciation of differences, leading to a larger-scale unification.”

About Graham:

I was very fortunate to spend 21 years at Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage as a key executive who helped it become the #1 residential mortgage lender. I spent time in sales, marketing, and analytics as an executive in the C-Suite. By traditional measures of professional achievement and acquisition of material goods, I had achieved what I thought I was supposed to: money, a wife, a big house, vacations, power, toys, etc. However, at the height of my success, my quality of life was at its lowest. My abilities, results, and environment allowed me to hide my differences, coping mechanisms, and eccentricities as the company grew, and as they say, things worked until they didn't. The more I tried to fit in or be understood, the worse everything became until it became painfully apparent that something had to change. I had been fighting the writing on the walls for a few years, but the time came for me to leave a company I expected to be at forever. So, in June 2018, I couldn't figure out why I didn't fit in. I just knew I didn't come with an owner's manual, so I left Quicken Loans to begin a 6-year journey of understanding the science of myself, which led to understanding my purpose and creating my own owner's manual.

During my journey, traditional medicine labeled me with many of the categories of Neurodiversity: ADHD, Autistic, Dyslexic, Alexithymia, and Dyscalculia (math dyslexia). As I began to view myself as this set of symptoms and dysfunctions, that is precisely what I became. Then, I learned about a spiritual world that answered many questions and made more sense. For example, I believe ADHD/Neurodiversity means one's physiology is wired for sensitivity to energies/psychism/consciousness/WOO, etc., compared to the average neurotypical physiology, which is not. Traditional medicine focuses on treating a symptom such as sensory overload by providing medication to focus (I do not discourage the use of traditional medicine, time, and place for everything). As an alternative diagnosis, I came to learn that while I was highly sensitive to my surroundings, I did not know how to use my gifts to interpret the energies around me. However, once I understood my gifts and how to use them, the chaos and feeling overwhelmed transformed into information and a competitive advantage to navigate all aspects of life with.

I experienced the power of unproductive labels and stereotypes, so my next chapter of life as a sensitive is focused on breaking the mold and building bridges to provide productive and healing information.
