About Jessica Ruby
Host & Creatress of Leaders of the New Aeon
Jessica Ruby decided at a young age to become a modern day Medicine Woman, inspired by the Native American shamans she obsessively read about as a child. She knew intuitively that helping people heal on a physical, mental, and spiritual level was the formula required for people to find their wholeness, tap into the truth of their being, and live a life of happiness and fulfillment. Thus began her panacea of studies in yoga, meditation, coaching, psychotherapy, creative expression, EFT tapping, Sound Healing, and Intuitive Healing.
Her work with clients is unique to each individual and draws from her diverse skill set so that each person is met with the tools that will serve them best on their own healing journey.
Most importantly, Jessica Ruby weaves laughter and her playful spirit into every healing session, as she believes these are two vital ingredients mistakenly left out of the healing process for adults.
“I get to help people find their wholeness again. When something traumatic happens to us, we get fragmented, and let’s face it, being human is traumatizing! I use resilience-building techniques such as yoga, meditation, coaching, movement, sound healing, intuitive energy clearing and EFT Tapping to help bring people back to their wholeness--to rediscover it, or to find it for the first time.
I believe that coming from a place of wholeness helps empower people to get in touch with their inner truth and soul’s calling. This can facilitate bringing their dreams to reality, because, when we’re in our wholeness, and when we show up to life from that resourced place of personal power, knowing that we are whole, knowing our truths, knowing our gifts to the world, well, we’re an unstoppable force to be reckoned with! I call that Embodied Leadership.”
When not teaching or working with clients online or in 1:1 VIP retreats, you can find Jessica Ruby on an adventure somewhere around the world, soaking up the natural setting and communing with the locals, because travel is a sacred catalyst for not only fun and rejuvenation, but also creative inspiration, and cultivating compassion for all living beings.
