Quotes:

“When the breath is shallow, life is shallow; when the breath is deep, life is deep.”

“When tongue touches the palate, mind doesn’t move. Tongue is doorway to the mind, the royal red carpet on which the mind walks out and creates the world.”

“Some look inside for the truth by closing their eyes. Some look outside by opening their eyes. But it’s not in the eyes, it’s right under your nose; the truth is the breath!”

About Yogi Amandeep Singh:

Yogi Amandeep Singh holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Oxford Brookes University, UK, along with a dual Master's Degree in Psychotherapy/Psychology and Comparative Religious Studies. At a young age, Yogi Amandeep was introduced to the yogic teachings of the Himalayan lineage. In these formative years, he immersed himself in these ancient teachings and received the esoteric wisdom of the oral traditions, passed down by revered Himalayan sages. Yogi Amandeep spent several years learning Advaita: the teachings of non-duality, and Vedanta: the ancient yogic science of metaphysics, along with various forms of yoga and ancient scriptures. He is an authority of knowledge in many yogic and Eastern spiritual traditions, including Buddhism, Sikhism, Jainism, Zen Buddhism, Sufism, Vaishnav, the Vedas and Tantra. His lineage traces back thousands of years to the origin of the Solar Dynasty: the mother of all yogic traditions. He holds a special role in both the lineage of the Udasi Sikh tradition initiated by Baba Sri Chand, and in the lineage of the Nirmala tradition established by Guru Gobind Singh. As a Head Teacher, Yogi Amandeep regularly serves at global yoga events worldwide, including Wanderlust, Inspire Living Summit LA, Annual Vedanta Seminars in India, Satnam Fest, Summer Solstice New Mexico, International Yoga Festival, and the European Yoga Festival, amongst others. Yogi Amandeep’s lifelong dream of building an ashram to provide sanctuary for spiritual seekers is becoming a reality in the foothills of the Himalayas.
